Društvo mediatorjev Slovenije ob svoji 10. obletnici in ob 15. obletnici mediacije v Sloveniji skupaj s Pravno fakulteto v Ljubljani prvič organizira 

KONFERENCO O POSTOPKU SPRAVE

Častni pokrovitelj konference je Predsednik Republike Slovenije gospod Borut Pahor. Pričakujemo več kot 100 domačih in tujih gostov.

Namen konference je prvič v Sloveniji predstaviti strokovni postopek sprave (rekonciliacije), s predstavitvijo domačih izkušenj in izkušenj iz tujine, kot tudi psihološke vidike pomena pojma sprave in predstavitev možnega postopka v Sloveniji.

Na konferenci nam bodo med drugim gostujoči predavatelji predstavili svoje zanimive izkušnje z rekonciliacijo. Uvodni govora bosta imela svetovna strokovnjaka  dr. Dag Hareide in prof. dr. Tim Chapman.

Prisluhnili boste lahko različnim pogledom priznanih strokovnjakov na dveh strokovnih omizjih:

Prvo okroglo mizo na temo »O spravi do sedaj«, bo vodila novinarka Vida Petrovčič, sodelujejo dr. Jože Dežman, dr. Spomenka Hribar, prof. dr. Vlado Simič, g. Ivo Svetina in dr. Andreja Valič Zver.

Drugo okroglo mizo »Sprava v psihološkem pomenu«, bo moderiral prof. dr. Peter Praper, sodelujejo: dr. Polona Matjan Štuhec, dr. Zoran Milivojević, g. Rudi Tavčar in dr. Ivan Urlić.

O delu mediatorja v rekonciliaciji bo spregovoril mag. Zoran Hajtnik, o samem postopku rekonciliacije pa mag. Gordana Ristin.

CONFERENCE ABOUT THE PROCES OF RECONCILIATION 

The conference is organized under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Mr. Borut Pahor, and with the participation of international and Slovene experts. It is held on 26 and 27 September 2016 in Ljubljana, in the Golden Lecture Hall of the Faculty of Law.

The process of reconciliation is one of the types of mediation and a peaceful means of dispute settlement. It is a process countries and the civil society can use when they consider that certain among groups in society or a region need help to voice their problems, and to listen, hear and eventually understand each other.

Our guest speakers will present their experiences with reconciliation. The keynote address will be delivered by Mr. Dag Hareide Norway and Prof. Tim Chapman from Ireland. 

Two round table discussions are scheduled: the first one is titled “Reconciliation So Far” with participants: Spomenka Hribar, PhD, Mr. Ivo Svetina, JožeDežman, PhD,Andreja ValičZver, PhD,and Prof. Vlado Simič, PhD, and moderated by Ms. Vida Petrovčič.

The second one is entitled “Reconciliation in the Psychological Sense” will be moderated by prof. Peter Praper, PhD, with participants PolonaMatjanŠtuhec, PhD, Zoran Milivojević, PhD, prof. Ivan Urlić, PhD and Mr. Rudi Tavcar. Zoran Hajtnik, MA, will present the work of a mediator in the reconciliation process, and Gordana Ristin, MA, the procedure.
